This is with reference to Higher Education Department tender notice alongwith Bidding Documents for Hiring of Courier Services in HED, uploaded on PPRA & EPADS websites on 14th February, 2025 having Bid Reference No. SO(G)11-399/2024, EPADS Tender No.P-250234479 and PPRA’s Unique Code 226129T1402202579.
Clause 3.3 of the Bidding Documents i.e. “Bidders shall not be under a declaration of blacklisting by any Government Department or Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)” can be read as “Bidders should not be blacklisted by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Procuring Agency”. Updated Bidding Documents shall be followed. Bidding Documents can immediately be downloaded from the websites of HED, PPRA and EPAD http://www.hed.punjab.gov.pk, http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
