The Honorable Secretary, Higher Education Department, Dr. Farrukh Naveed addressed the participants and conveyed his message that HED, Punjab is conducting a series of Promotion Linked Trainings for college faculty members to enhance their careers, support their professional growth and excellence. The ongoing sessions of PLT will equip the faculty members’ skills and knowledge necessary to excel in teaching role. The Secretary, HED believes that these PLTs are necessary to improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes i.e., curriculum design, improve assessment and evaluation methods, effective classroom management, digital pedagogies, enhance research and publication skills. The PLT is an opportunity to increase confidence and competitiveness for promotion and alignment with institutional goals and objectives by networking opportunities with trained experts.
The faculty members are directed to Join the Promotion-Linked Training to achieve, enhance reputation and credibility in the relevant fields.
The Honorable Secretary felt delighted to have Muhammad Azam, the Additional Secretary (Admin & Gen) HED along with his dedicated team, remain present during the online sessions that emphasize the vigilance and support from the department.
