The Higher Education Department has achieved a milestone by taking concrete initiatives to increase the dwindling enrollment rate of public sector colleges in Punjab. Through concerted efforts, the total enrollment rate in public sector colleges was increased to 91 percent. The principals and officers who made outstanding achievements are being awarded shields and appreciation certificates in recognition of their contributions to increasing enrollment rates in these colleges.
