HED e-Transfer 2020 (Phase-I) portal for submission of online transfer applications by applicants holding M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees for vacancies in colleges offering BS 4 years’ degree program will be open from Friday, 8th of May 2020 on 1400 hours.
All aspiring applicants may visit http://transfer.hed.punjab.gov.pk to apply as per aforementioned schedule. User Guide for e-Transfers system is available for guidance on submission of applications. The Deadline for submission of applications is Friday, 15th of May, by 2400 hours.
- All applicants must attach attested copies M.Phil./Ph.D. degrees (attested by HEC or by a gazetted Officer, in case of non-availability of HEC attested copy) along with the application
- Applications without attested copy of degree will not be entertained and hence, be rejected
- Provision of false information/provision of fake degree would result into initiation of disciplinary proceedings under PEEDA Act, 2006 against the delinquent
