Public Announcement: Transfer Policy-2024 Interim Merit List and Grievance Redressal
The interim merit list for candidates selected for transfers to their preferred stations, based on the merit calculations and evaluation criteria approved by the Provincial Cabinet, has been published.
Congratulations to all applicants who have successfully secured transfers to their chosen locations.
For those with concerns regarding merit calculations, the Department has established a Grievance Redressal Committee, led by the Special Secretary of HED. The committee will accept grievance submissions from September 24, 2024, to September 26, 2024. Applicants wishing to file grievances can do so through the Google form (Application Form) within this timeframe.
Alternatively, those preferring to submit their grievances in person may do so at the office of the Deputy Secretary, Male/Female, during the same period.
Once all grievances have been addressed, the final merit list will be published.
