The Government of Punjab, in collaboration with Google and Tech Valley, is signing an MoU at the Higher Education Department, Lahore, to launch over 20,000 Google Career Certificates scholarships for students across public universities and district colleges in Punjab for 2025.
The ceremony is being held in the presence of Honorable Secretary of the Higher Education Department, Ghulam Farid; Ms. Zahida, Addtional Secretary HED, Mr. Aftab, Addtional Secretary HED, Ms. Mahwish Addtional Secretary HED, Naveed Hassan Project Doirector HED and Tech Valley's CEO, Umar Farooq. This milestone marks a major step forward in equipping students with globally recognized digital skills to support their growth in the fast-evolving job market.
Through this collaboration, students across Punjab will gain access to specialization courses in AI, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and project management.
